Barn owl back under the needle

Adding more to my quilt background but this time I have company.  So there is a lot of stopping and starting to pick her up off the quilt and move her someplace else.  She will learn soon enough because she is very smart.

She heads to the cutting table when the dogs come in the studio.  She is not posturing any more and there was only one spit/hiss this morning, so that is good progress.

She loves the warm sun coming through the window even though outside it is 10 degrees.

Also finds lots of enjoyment watching some red squirrels run along the tree branches out there.

Watson prefers to sit in his tent deciding if he likes this or not.  No hissing or posturing from him because Zoey is totally used to cats and makes nothing of him......
as you can see by her non-chalant walk by....what a diva.    So all is good after having her here one week today and I am actually back to work in my studio!

I think it is funny that Watson is hiding in his tent while he watches and decides what to make of her, lol. Moki loves to play but Izzy does not like his rough housing, so always a lot of craziness going on.

She's a pretty little thing, and she'll get used to the dogs sniffing around her. I can totally read Watson's expression...oh yeah.

Watson is quite the handsome kitty too! Glad Zoey is fitting in so well so quickly.

What a Diva, is right! The cat tent is pretty comical to me but I can see how it would be useful too.
