THE JOURNEY

 My own inspirational photograph

Thank you all for taking this journey with me.  The Blue Jay was a pleasure to work on and brought me joy as I did not encounter any difficulties throughout the process.   I love this bird even though some may think him bold and somewhat of a bad guy.  He is only doing what comes natural to him and keeps nature in balance.  I love his presence when he comes into the yard with his loud cry and majestic color, markings and size.  He is one of my favorites .

This piece is available for sale in my Etsy Shoppe:

I have a love/hate relationship with the blue jays. That's okay...I also have that type of relationship with other birds too so they don't feel left out. :) This quilt turned out so great.

WOW!!!!!! Love the red frame, really finishes it. The whole thing pops big-time. My favorite so far.

This is such a beautiful piece, the fabric choices, the subject and the stitching, just draws me into the piece. The framing was a nice touch to finish it off, draws you eye in.
