We just got back from Minocqua Wi. We had scheduled this weeks vacation in winter and had to take it or loose our money so we went but came back 3 days early to prepare for the auction etc. on Sunday at our close out store sale. Bad timing but it was good we did it as we really needed the break. Here is a photo I took at dawn this morning. You can feel the peace.

Beautiful place to relax and always good to get away.
We are heading up to Squam Lake next weekend, so hoping I don't get sick, fighting off lyme symptoms again so taking meds and hopefully it will be gone soon.

So glad you could get away before Sunday. I think it may be an emotional day but I'm hoping there is a huge crowd with deep pockets! Soon you'll be enjoying retirement which is so much better than you can imagine!
