Chickadee Trail

Finished the quilting on this piece but still have not come up with a title.

My little chickadee is quilted and has his black crystal eye with a dot of white added with paint.

Leaves are quilted along with the border.

The Moose is looking back to see what he is hearing, is it the viewer?

The outside border is a cross hatching that matches the pine needles and the inside border is leaves in a slightly contrasting thread.

It's beautiful. The only name I can think of on the spur of the moment is "Looking Down Chickadee Trail".

A title??..well, lets see...A moose and a Chickadee went into a bar...

I don't know why, but when I look at it, I feel bad for the moose, lol. It just makes me think of an older moose at the end of his life, so Trails End is what comes to mind. The chickadee is watching him as he makes his journey into the mountains.

I'm not crazy about Debbie's!!! My first thought was "A Walk In The Woods". I think he's enjoying the music...or hoping she will follow him! Whatever you come up with will be perfect...it's beautiful!

You sure got a lot of wonderful details into that piece. It is like the moose is turning back to look at the viewer "Are You Following Me? I am not so good with titles! LOL!

Oh! Debbie's interpretation of the quilt makes me teary. But I can see how she sees that.... awwww... Anyway, my suggestion is "molly's favorite". Heehee.

Serious suggestions:

-Fairweather Friend
-I'll Be Waiting
-You & I
-Enchanted
-Some Kind of Wonderful
-Details in the Fabric
-Perfectly Lonely
-Waiting on the World to Change
-Everclose

All of these are song titles - that's my tip for getting good ideas!
