Continuation and Beginnings

My Mother is doing well again so I had some morning time before work to relook at this and add some leaves.  I had a left over goose from something else and I placed it in the background just to see if I want to add more geese.  Still not sure.

Since I had not started my "Interpret This" piece for the month of May, I decided to work on that too.
Here is a hint of the direction I am going.  For some reason my camera made this look almost fluorescent in areas....trust me....it is not.  It felt good to get back in the studio just for a few hours at least.

I like the idea of a goose in the background, maybe with head down too though. It gives the piece more perspective.

I know what you mean about knowing more that you wanted with your mother's problem. It's the same with my dad (and my mother before she passed). I guess this is all preparation for problems we may have in the future, knowledge to store up in case we need it.

I like the two geese by themselves, has that solitary look. Love seeing your progress and your thoughts as you create.

Good to hear that your mother is better! -- Your new quilts are beautiful. Especially the second one is magic. Will it remain abstract?

Glad that Mom is making a comeback!

Hey, just an observation but I hardly ever just see one or two geese together. It is usually 3, 4, or more. Just a thought:)

Good news about your mom. Hopefully more of same!

I love your sense of abstract in your May piece. Thrills me.

The blue con color is really amazing. I have never seen anything quite like it and looking forward to your pictorial.
