Biking

Well today was my first real biking day.  I got all my official cycling clothes on and road out to the "Plank Road Trail".  I did not bring a camera this time...just wanted to concentrate on the bike and shifting and enjoying the ride.  Did find some great spots to return to tomorrow for photos.  Road for a about an hour or more....it was so much fun.  Joined a site called Strava where you record your rides using the GPS on your phone and then try to improve your distance etc. it records each of your rides.  So tomorrow I will start using that and try to make improvements until winter stops me from riding.

This will be the perfect thing to do when needing to take a break for the studio and get the blood circulating again.  Gotta love retirement.
