BIRDS

Rained like cats and dogs last night with lots of thunder and lightning.  Then this morning it let up for a while and the birds came from all over to our back yard.  Captured a few in these photos quickly.  Baltimore Orioles, Rose breasted Grossbeak and the tan one I am unsure of but he has a great song.
NOTE:  The tan one is the female Rose Breasted Grossbeak

Wow, wow, wow! Amazing. If you decide to do a series, that black and orange one looks like a good candidate! Actually, any of them do.

You really have a nice variety of birds in your area. Love the colors, would make nice art pieces.

I haven't seen any Rose Breasted Grosbeaks yet this spring, send them my way!

We used to have orange Orioles in our yard every summer (coastal Southern California). There were three of them: One male and two females. I put up a feeder for them and the three of them would hang out there together. I love orange anyway, such a dynamic, captivating, energizing color!

Beautiful birds - my favorite people. The tan one looks like a sparrow and they do have a lovely song. Many people don't like them, but they are a sweet little bird with a wonderful melody.
