I am still working on quilting this long needle pine. Yesterday got away from me a bit as I had a full day of running around and visiting my mother. Hopefully today I will finish it.
In the meantime had to take this early morning shot of a cardinal who actually woke me up with his beautiful melody. Seems even with this below zero weather he is thinking spring!

I can really see how much work you have been putting into the needles, with the closeup, really beautiful stitching. We have tons of birds and the squirrels are out playing and being silly, guess it is that time of year, even with the cold still coming.

I have been hearing more and more birds lately. I heard some mourning doves the other day which was unusual. I always hear the geese though. They are kind of chatty:)
