Farm under the Needle

Besides Christmas preparations for both my Mom's Christmas and Ours I have been quilting the
Farm.  There are a lot of thread changes and it is slow going but I am getting there.  Just have to take an hour here and an hour there when I can.

It is now snowless here and dark and dreary with some rain.  However they are talking about snow on either Wed. Thurs. or Friday this week.  So perhaps there still is a chance of a white Christmas!

You sure managed a lot in a short amount of time! I'd still be dithering away:) It looks great too.

Love the wood letters above the sewing machine space. And I hope it snows for a white XMas:)

Now that I can see it all at once, it clears up some of the objectsI saw and how they look in the setting. I can't wait to see how the stitching looks, are you doing barb wire on the fencing?

This photo really puts the size of the quilt into perspective. It is coming along very nicely.

Well, we got dumped on yesterday- I now have about eight inches of fresh snow in my yard- so you could very well get your wish!

The quilt looks like it is coming along beautifully.
