Whew!

I quilted the leaf and then began to finish the detail on the frogs face and rework the thigh area.  I had worked on that before going on vacation and just could not get it right.  So the break did some good and now I think it is working so much better than my last attempt.  I have to say this has been a challenge for sure.  Lots of tweaking to do and one more hand will go near the top to complete the frog.

I recieved a notice yesterday that "Honorable Mention?" has been accepted into Quilt Expo 2012!  I have to get that ready to go soon.  Hoorah!

    He is such a fun piece, the stitching really makes such a difference in a piece. Congratulations, that is a wonderful piece.

    I just love this quilt.!!! I can't wait to see it in person..hopefully we can meet for coffee or? I will be there all 3 days since I am doing lecture everyday at 4. I too had 2 quilts accepted and I am thrilled.
