"Morning Poppies"
This piece has been purchased and is heading to Nevada today.

Now I am working on two pieces. I will sell them as a pair or individually.
I have not titled them yet and they are not quilted.
The closeups show the almost impressionistic look they have.
I wanted some smaller pieces for my gallery here at the store. They seem to be selling faster in these tough economic times. With Christmas coming I have to be sure to have a few for sale.

I love how these pieces come out with the batiks and backgrounds. I need to go through my stash and come up with some art pieces to use them with.

I can hardly wait!!! If that's black and white polka dot in the centers of the poppies, you read my mind!!!! So exciting! Now I'm going to need a new lamp!
These are really gorgeous Barbara. I think your best so far! I love the lines of the fence type structure and the bright colors against the more muted background. What a great composition:)
