HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
My Mother was taken to the hospital this week. It was very scary for us at first but we found out she had a bleeding ulcer which had made her so weak she collapsed. So she got some meds and blood and now is home and so much better. She is 85. So this year we are extra happy to still have our mother with us. Never take your mother for granted is my motto!

Nope, never never never! I was 32 when I lost my mother and I still miss her every day. I wish she was here.
Glad to hear your mother is feeling better. There's nothing like a mother except maybe grown up children for those of us who no longer have a mother.

My mother was hospitalized with congestive heart failure on Monday. She's 95. She's doing better and is out of the hospital but the future is not going to be easy probably. So glad your mother is better.

I totally agree, Barbara. I just spent 4 days with my mother and really enjoyed them. My mom is 88 and so far is doing great. This Mother's Day will be one that you will remember, talk about, and smile because Mom is still with you.
