I had to take my life in my hands and go out on my front porch to water my hanging pots. Not only do I have a robin's nest (shown above) in the wreath that hangs by my front door but......
I have two purple finch nests in both of my Boston ferns!
The Robin has 3 eggs but the finches each have 6!!!
It ought to be interesting when all these babies hatch.

I don't see you being able to enjoy your wonderful front porch for at least the next 3 weeks. All the fascinating activity will make it pass quickly. In the meantime, have fun trying to water your plants.
That is so wonderful though, to have them nesting in your wreath, a true natural art piece.
