No. 13 - " Storytime"

I start with an idea, then a sketch on made to size paper.

Then comes choosing fabrics and colors.
Next is quilting, binding, and sleeve.
This is the process.

(For some reason that book looks Red when it is a deep pink.)

So everything is fused? raw edge?and then quilted? that would be much quicker I guess.

Me too! Me too! I do the same thing-tape paper together, make my sketch, and then trace and fuse. Very high tech!

Great idea for no. 13:)

A truly wonderful series. And the book looks deep pink to me, picks up the centers of the roses.

Thank you all. This is a very enlightening series for me to do. Never would have gone here if it were not for the commission. So it is a good thing and definitely a learning experience to be "forced" in a new direction for a while.

This is great and I love the lounging kitty-cat. What a beautiful series. The hospital will be lucky to have them!
