Lily Pads & Cattails and Reflections side by side
I really enjoyed working on this newest art quilt titled "Lily Pads & Cattails".
It is another quilt inspired by a lake we go to each year that I love. I take a lot of photos when up there and Lily Pads & Cattails is the result of one of them.
I am evidentally into a new series because I already have another one planned in my head and will begin to work on it soon.
I placed this quilt next to my previous one titled "Refections". It is interesting to see what they have in common as well as their differences.

It really came out beautifully and would be a nice calming quilt to put on a wall. I need to design one around a corvette for a friend, so need to start figuring it out.
